Feed My Starving Children: On April 30 and May 1 of 2011 the congregation participated in a multi generational event to assemble 166,752 meals for starving children around the world.  To see photos from the event, click here.

Thornapple's food pantry serves members and friends of our congregation who are going through tough times.  Our pantry also helps our Bhutanese friends.  Items currently needed are: cereal (not oatmeal), juices, peanut butter, jam, jelly, bags of rice, canned fruit and meats, spaghetti, toilet paper and detergent.  Items to be donated should be put in the designated barrel outside of the community room.
